GreenWire designed a custom 3 head adapter for these 4 inch square poles. The pole previously held 2 standard shoebox style 250 watt HPS fixtures. We removed these 2 shoebox lights and slid our new adapter over the 4 inch pole.
These new adapters have 3 pipes extending out. Each pipe has a new 60 watt On-Q LED fixture attached to it. They are built from 3/16 steel and powder coated to match the pole. The lights are fully adjustable to rotate as needed on each pipe to cast the light to the desired cutoff area.
The 3 new On-Q LED's draw a total of 180 watts compared to the old HPS total of 500 watts. The color of the lights are 5500K and really display the true colors of the cars being sold.
The customer is saving more than 50% on the electrical bill and is thrilled with the color rendering of the new LED's compared to the old HPS lights. This truly was a successful project!
