MTA is an industrial warehouse park whereas GreenWire owns an operates a building from. There are 60 buildings in the park that are lit at night by new LED RAB-52 watt, 5500K lights.
These lights replaced old 250 watt HPS fixtures on a one for one basis. Each of the buildings were upgraded with a new photocell and bypass switch so testing could be done during daylight.
The association is realizing a savings of over 75%. These LED's will last for 50,000 hours.
